Hi! My name is Ana Morris, and I am the founder of Ideal Change. I formed Ideal Change because of my desire to share my passion for health and wellness.

 

Admittingly, I have spent years being that person who wanted desperately to lose weight and feel good about themselves. I’ve been on every diet under the sun with massive weight fluctuations and little long-term results.

 

After following the Ideal Protein Protocol and achieving my weight-loss goals, I wanted to use my skills, experience, and my own journey to help others. Having someone who has “been there, done that” coaching you through an experience that makes you happy, confident and helps you take control of your health is what I love most.
